FIT2Bxs Health and Fitness Challenges are designed to help you reach your fitness goals through the use of daily workouts, accountability, and motivation. There are 5-6 challenges annually with 1 week of active recovery between each challenge, however you can join at anytime.
The workouts are designed to suit your busy schedule. They are quick, easy to perform anywhere, and designed to strengthen your entire body. Focus areas include building a stronger core, rebalancing your body, improving your posture, invigorating your movement, increasing your flexibility, and creating life-long healthy habits.
The workouts can be done at home with no equipment. However, you can also increase the difficulty of most exercises by using weights, resistance bands, or other fitness equipment.
